The JBL Control 29AV-1 is a high-performance 8-inch speaker designed for clear, consistent sound in both indoor and outdoor installations. It delivers smooth, extended frequency response with wide coverage, making it suitable for background music and speech applications. Key features include a 110° × 85° rotatable horn for flexible sound dispersion, and a built-in 110 W transformer compatible with 70 V/100 V systems, along with 8-ohm bypass capability. The speaker is equipped with an 8-inch Kevlar cone woofer and a 1-inch titanium compression driver for durability and detailed audio reproduction. For protection and reliability, it includes SonicGuard™ overload protection. Installation is versatile and secure with InvisiBall™ mounting hardware, multiple suspension points, and optional U-bracket support. A sealed input panel and screw-down terminals ensure weather-resistant and stable connections.
