The GRG121DXL is a left handed RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It is made in China as part of the entry-level GIO line.

The GRG121DXL features an okoume body bolted to a one-piece maple neck with a 24-fret purpleheart fingerboard with white sharktooth position markers. Components include a pair Ibanez IBZ-6 humbuckers with black plastic covers, an Ibanez F106 fixed bridge, a plastic nut and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines. .
