The RG721MSM is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 2017. It was made in Indonesia as part of the mid-tier Premium line.

The RG721MSM features a spalted maple top on an American basswood body bolted to a Wizard Premium neck with a 24-fret birdseye maple fingerboard with binding and offset dot position markers. Components include dual Ibanez CAP-VM humbucking pickups and a Tight End R fixed bridge.

The RG721MFMA is a similar model with an ash body with a flamed maple top. Similar models with rosewood fretboards have been produced including the RG721RW (sonokeling rosewood top) and the RG721FM (flamed maple top).
