Ibanez AEG61 AEG Okoume Top Acoustic Electric Guitar - Natural Mahogany High Gloss (AEG 61)

Introduced in late 2022, the AEG61 is an AEG Series acoustic/electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez and was produced in China. The AEG61 features a thinner grand concert-shaped body with a soft Venetian cutaway. The top is laminated okoume with black and white binding on okoume back and sides with a high gloss finish. The round soundhole has an abalone rosette. It has a satin-finish Nyatoh neck with a 25" scale, and a 20-fret laurel fingerboard with white dot position markers. Components include a plastic saddle in a laurel bridge, Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, a plastic nut, and chrome Ibanez die-cast tuning machines. Electronics consist of an Ibanez T-bar undersaddle pickup connected to an Ibanez AEQ-TP2 preamp with an onboard tuner and LCD display powered by a 9V battery and balanced XLR and ¼" stereo outputs.
