The Looper pedal has become one of the most popular guitar effects we sell. This is because they are incredibly useful and can be used in a number of different ways. Great for practice, fun for jamming and limitless on stage. Where the Boss RC-1 Loop Station comes into its own is ease of use. Compared to its big brothers, the RC-3 and RC-30, it is a piece of cake to work. It is also their most affordable loop pedal to date. Being a Boss compact stomp box it is built to last.

How the Boss RC-1-BK Loop pedal works.
A simple stomp design lets you easily control your loops. On the top display panel of the BOSS RC-1 a new, easy to see indicator is laid out in a circular pattern. This helps keep you right. You can easily check the status of the record, overdub and play modes. To stop the BOSS RC-1 Loop Station press the pedal twice quick succession. To clear press and hold the pedal for more than 2 seconds. With up to twelve minutes of stereo recording time the RC1 pushes the boundaries. You get plenty of connectivity as well. It can be connected in either stereo or mono. Likewise output can be stereo or mono. This greatly expands the use of the BOSS RC-1-BK. It doesn't have to be just for guitar players. It makes a handy bit of kit for for synth players. To make this loop pedal even easier to operate simply connect the optional FS-7 footswitch. Another cool feature is its ability to save your loops when you switch it off.
