1) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch cut-off: Orders placed and paid before 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Saturday), subject to stock availability and order verification.
  • Orders after 2:00pm, on Sundays, and on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Payment verification: We may contact you to confirm payment or delivery details for certain orders (e.g., high-value items).
  • Quality checks & packing: Instruments and fragile items may require additional packing and checks to ensure safe transit.

We ship nationwide using J&T Express, Pos Laju, and GDEX depending on destination, parcel size, and service availability.

  • Tracking number will be provided once your order is collected by the courier.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature (courier dependent).
  • Delivery time is an estimate and can vary during peak periods.

Same-Day Delivery (Penang Only)

Need it urgently? We offer same-day delivery in Penang for eligible items and locations.

  • Available for Penang only (selected areas; subject to rider/courier availability).
  • Fees depend on distance, time, and order size.
  • Same-day delivery is typically for in-stock items and may exclude bulky/oversized items.

3) Estimated Delivery Timeline (Guide)

Delivery times below are general estimates after courier pickup. Actual delivery may vary by location, route, weather, peak sales, or public holidays.

5) Packaging, Bulky Items & Special Handling

Protective Packaging

  • We pack with care using protective materials to reduce transit damage risk.
  • Fragile items (e.g., microphones, interfaces, studio monitors, pedals) may include additional cushioning and double-boxing where needed.
  • Instruments (e.g., guitars, basses, violins) may be packed with extra support around the headstock/neck area when applicable.

If you are purchasing for gifting or long-distance shipment, you can request extra packing support (additional fees may apply).

Bulky / Oversized Items

  • Large items (e.g., digital pianos, drum kits, speaker stands, large amps, PA speakers) may require special courier arrangement.
  • Oversized parcels may have longer handling time or higher shipping fees due to volumetric weight.
  • For certain items, we may contact you to confirm delivery access (lift availability, stairs, loading zone, etc.).

6) Address Accuracy, Failed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • Correct address required: Please ensure your unit number, street name, postcode, and phone number are accurate.
  • Failed delivery attempts: Couriers may reschedule delivery or send your parcel to a nearby hub/pickup point depending on courier policy.
  • Additional fees: Redelivery or special scheduling fees (if any) are imposed by the courier and may be borne by the customer.
  • Address change after dispatch: Once shipped, address changes may not be possible, or may incur courier charges.

7) Damaged Parcels, Missing Items & Shipping Protection

  • Inspect upon receipt: If the parcel is visibly damaged, take photos before opening (outer box + label + inner packaging).
  • Report quickly: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage or missing items so we can assist with claims.
  • Courier limitations: Courier compensation policies may apply. For high-value items, shipping protection/insurance may be recommended.
Recommended: Keep the original box and packing materials until the issue is resolved.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking is typically sent after your parcel is collected by the courier. Some tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to show active status on the courier system.

Do you ship on Sundays or public holidays?

Standard dispatch is Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Can I request Penang same-day delivery for any product?

Same-day delivery in Penang depends on item size, location, and rider/courier availability. Bulky items may be excluded. Please contact us to confirm eligibility and fee.

What if my parcel is delayed?

Delays can happen during peak periods, bad weather, remote routes, or courier backlogs. Please track your parcel first. If it is stuck with no movement for a prolonged period, contact us and we will assist with courier follow-up.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to update the address. Once dispatched, address changes may not be possible or may incur courier charges.
