How to Install the U Shape Keyboard and Piano Stand
Share
A step-by-step assembly walkthrough for the U-shaped keyboard stand — from the base tube to the fixing straps. Every tool you need is already in the box.

Every part labelled: main pipes (L / R), base U tube, top shelf U tube, support tubes, connecting rod, fixing straps and gaskets.
To install a keyboard and piano stand: bolt the L and R main pipes to the base U tube, fit the top shelf U tube to their upper ends, add the two diagonal support tubes, slide in the connecting rod, screw on the four fixing straps and lay the gaskets on the shelf, then tighten every screw and check the frame for rock. It takes about 10 minutes with the included tools.

Assembly, step by step
Attach the main pipes to the base U tube
Connect the left and right main pipes to the base U tube using the provided screws. Ensure the L and R markings on the main pipes align with the corresponding sides.
Tip: leave these screws slightly loose — the frame needs a little play while you fit the remaining tubes.
Install the top shelf U tube
Secure the top shelf U tube to the upper ends of the main pipes using the remaining screws. Keep the open side of the U facing the same direction as the base.
Connect the support tubes
Attach the two support tubes diagonally between the main pipes and the base U tube. Fasten them with the appropriate screws, one side at a time, so the diagonals stay symmetrical.
Insert the connecting rod
Slide the connecting rod through the designated holes in the lower section of the main pipes. This locks the two sides together and is what gives the stand its side-to-side stability.
Attach the fixing straps and gaskets
Secure the four fixing straps to the top shelf U tube using the fix screws. Place the gaskets on the top surface of the stand, where the keyboard will rest — they stop the instrument sliding and protect its underside.
Final check
Go back around the frame and tighten every screw, working in a criss-cross pattern. Verify that all components are securely in place, then stand the unit upright on a level floor and press down on the top shelf — there should be no rock or twist before you load the keyboard.
Troubleshooting
|
Frame rocks
One diagonal is shorter
Loosen both support tubes, sit the stand on a flat floor, then retighten from the base upward.
|
Screw won't seat
Pipes are mirrored
Check the L and R markings. Swapped main pipes throw the bolt holes out of line by a few millimetres.
|
Keyboard slides
Gaskets misplaced
Gaskets belong on the top face of the shelf tubes, under the instrument — not under the straps.
