Collection & delivery
We safely transport your piano to our workshop.
Polishing, refurbishment and respray are done at our workshop for the best finish, so your piano needs to be transported there and back. Because transport cost depends on your location, floor level, stairs and piano type, it is quoted separately — we'll confirm it upfront together with the repair quote.
Your piano is never handed to a regular courier. Our own trained crew moves it with proper piano boards, straps and padding — and we use a special transport fitted with a hydraulic jack to lift it safely.
