The Gregg Bissonette Drum Clinic Tour 2025 was held on 21 August 2025 at ASWARA – Orchestra Hall, Kuala Lumpur. Organised by LBS Music World, with Dixon as the brand sponsor and ASWARA as the venue sponsor, the event brought together more than 300 drummers, music educators, students, and music enthusiasts for an unforgettable night of world-class drumming and community connection.
A World-Class Drummer in Malaysia
Gregg Bissonette is a GRAMMY Award-winning drummer and one of the most versatile drummers in the industry. He is well known for his work with Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band, Electric Light Orchestra, The David Lee Roth Band, Joe Satriani, and many more.
He was also recognised in the 2023 Modern Drummer Readers Poll as Best “All Around” Drummer, further highlighting his ability to perform across different musical styles with outstanding skill and musicality.
His visit to Kuala Lumpur gave the Malaysian drumming community a rare opportunity to experience his playing, teaching, and professional insights up close.
Drum Clinic & Live Demonstration
The clinic featured an energetic live demonstration by Gregg Bissonette, where attendees experienced his powerful drumming, groove, timing, dynamics, and musical expression.
